thanks for giving me a chance to thank you for your involvement and dedication. i dont know how we would be able to survive without you by our side. for the food, the loving voluntary team, the toiletry provided everyday, the clothing and the social services,...bless your heart. that being said i would like to mention the need of feminine pads and underwears.. we, homeless and jobeless women, living on the street and shelters feel totally lost without these little supplies. it feels like no one cares. when we are lucky we get a bunch of 8 pads. while we need at least 30 pads per month. Most part of the time we use tissue or paper towel. if you are a woman, then you know what it means. if everyone could have a pack of feminine pads each month it would be a blessing. i hope this issue is catching your attention. bless your heart. Holy Apostles Soup Kitchen has been very helpful to me and the community. The kitchen is a place where we all can eat, especially on days when our funds are low. Thank You so much for the generosity, and kindness from the volunteers. I can count on one hand the times I’ve gotten ill from the food, or had a rough time with the volunteers in the 17 years that I have been eating, and watching free movies there. The only pressing issue I do have is the lack of courtesy from the two Hispanic brothers who have been volunteering there for at least 17 years. Their manner is a bit rude, and unkind, especially to those of the LGBT community. They are very sneaky with their inhospitable behavior, but many of us see it, eat and say nothing. Otherwise, the space is tremendously hospitable, kind, and inviting. The food is healthy and plentiful. Thank You Everyone

hi I would like to just say that Holy Apostle has been a great blessing for me it has helped me to have Hope and Faith and get back on my feet I will appreciate them for the rest of my life thank you very much holy apostle.

This is one of the best places with the most gracious and kind people. They treat me with respect and always make me feel welcomed. Thanks for everything.

The Turkey meat loaf is awful. I've complained many times. It's a waste of money and doesn't fill our stomachs at all. One mouthful and you throw away the rest. Others have had the same opinion. As an alternative, the staff should just make simple spaghetti to fill the hungry person's stomach. This comment comes from a person who's on the street for many years. We walk out hungry whenever they have that here. -TAS

The food used to be good until July now it's too small no coffee and terrible. STOP giving apples.most people that are homeless and have teeth problems and the apples are wasted. Also I could use help getting a job
